Mrz. Lizzie’s Home Rentals has rental homes located in Shawnee, OK, and two rental homes in Tecumseh, OK.

Mrz Lizzies Home Rentals is managed by Kellie Steele along with several well-trained and competent staff who help with repairs.  We aim to provide a well-maintained, clean home.  We strive to have all communicated maintenance repairs addressed in 48 hours or less for emergency issues and 1-2 weeks for non-emergency issues. About Our Rentals

We prefer a one year lease but will not renew if home is not kept clean and damage free, including yard maintenance. The deposit is the same as the rent of the home. We require tenants to have income 3 times the rent coming into the home per month. We do accept pets, but we do not accept pit bulls. There is an extra $400 non-refundable pet deposit PER PET. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Once someone turns in a paid application, we prefer tenant be able to sign lease within 1-2 weeks. Please drive by the neighborhood to view the outside of the home and the area, if you are still interested contact us to set up a time to view inside the home!
